1. Etiquette: SpaByke International is a retreat for your body, mind and spirit. For the consideration of others, we request that visitors keep noise to minimum, children not allowed at the Spa. We ask that you respect other guests’ privacy by speaking softly. Cellular, Phones and electronic de-vices are discouraged.
2. Moral and Social responsibilities:
(i) You understand that your therapy is governed by the social cell of police department. Any illicit or sexually suggestive behaviour, remarks or advances made by you will result in immediate termination of the session and may result in legal action against you and will also be liable for payment and will further be blacklisted in all SpaByke International outlets and details will be sent to the spa association of India.
(ii) You will wear the clothing offered to you by the spa and will not Insist on wearing the clothes of your choice.
(iii) The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
(iv) You understand that you have to stop your therapy and inform the management if the therapist is offering sexually suggestive remark, this will remain your sole responsibility.
(v) You understand that your therapy can be supervised any time during the session by the members of the spa management team. This is law to avoid any misconduct of or by staff.
(vi) You understand and agree that the lights cannot be switch off completely.
3. Special Consideration:
(i) If you are pregnant you may wish to avoid booking treatments that involves the use of essential oils, massages of stimulating treatments are not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy. If you have high blood Pressure, heart conditions, allergies of other medical complication we advise that your consult your doctor before signing up for any spa services. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions.
(ii) Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa prohibited.
Note: Any type of illicit and sexually suggestive remarks made during the therapy in room with permission of both clients and therapist, the client will totally be responsible for any kind of issue for the company and Franchisee will not be responsible thereafter.Enjoy your SpaByke International
